One of the most important parts of the program is the family stay, bonding during this time may turn into a lifetime relationship!!!!!

When this happens during your birthday party at "home", you can be sure you are a real member of the family!!!!

Time to bring out our inner child!!!!, this students forgot about class for a while and went back to their early years!!

Maybe not, but this student tried what been a pilot feels like at the museum.

Public transportation in Costa Rica is safe and efficient, learning how to use it is a fun thing to do!

A tour of the down town area is part of the first week orientation, here some students at the "Plaza de la Cultura"

You will not only meet ticos, but make new friends from your university or other places in the United States, some of this friendships can last for a lifetime!!

Sun hasn't come up yet, but they are ready to go and explore beautiful Costa Rica!

The program is not just abut academics, it provides enought time for you to travel and explore the famous Costa Rican biodiversity with your friends

History says that this name was given to our land because of the gold and other treasures, but I think this girls agree, when we say it's because of it´s natural treasure.

Creativity is key to learn spanish, and our students have a lot of it!!

Small groups, big groups, it doesn't matter, they'll do a great job anyway!!

No art classes in the program, but the artistic vein pops up really easy!!!

Not everyday you get the chance to take a picture with an active volcano as a background, at night you can even watch the red hot lava coming down!!!!

Staff and students get together to share before going back home.
